Notes

Certificate of Occupancy Received

We have received a Certificate of Occupancy for the 204 Andrew, which has been forwarded to Amanda. We are excited that this house is done and will do another final walkthrough to make sure that there is nothing else left on this home, and if there is we will make sure that we get it finished. We are ready for the next round of houses to help you all out!

September 29

All inspections have been called in, and we are now waiting for responses to said inspections. Each component: mechanicals/HVAC, electrical, and plumbing have been completed, and the house is in good working order.  Once a Certificate of Occupancy is issued we will post again. New photos have been added to the wall!

Accomplishments Are Happening

We have accomplished much in the last month and will finish very soon! Flatwork was poured today for the sidewalks.

We are waiting for the water meter to be placed in by the city’s water department and are excited to have that done because it is one step closer to being fully accomplished with this home. The house has a few more interior things to complete, but we will work on that as soon as parts are available. The goal is to be able to call in for final inspections by the end of this week and at the latest the beginning of next.

Gutters Have Been Installed!

Good news! The gutters have been installed, and porch caps are being prepped today!

A lot of movement happening around the property in the next few days. The gas line was started to be installed last Thursday and should be completed and called in for inspection. Once the inspection has occured, SEMCO will install the gas meter and line to the home.

Once SEMCO has entered the home, the AC and Furnace will be tested, and the rest of the home should be finished up for Fit and Finish to complete!

Starting Interior Work

We are starting some interior work and rough fit and finish at the job site! The person at your site is Alijah, and he will be working through the first and final steps of the house!

Water and Sewer

The water and sewer have been installed in the located areas.

The next step is electrical and gas being installed.

Video Uploaded and Able

Good Morning,

I hope that this update finds you all well! We have uploaded the second half of the set video that shows the process of how a modular home is crane installed! There are three videos that will auto-jump one-to-the-other!

Enjoy!

Set Day 6/8/2023

What a beautiful day for a set! It wasn’t too hot or cold- as Goldey Locks and the Three Bears would say, “It’s just right!”

Overall, the set went very well and it was very quick! There were no major issues with the house or the property it sat on, and it appears that there will be a lot of potential buyers from the number of people that drove by and asked if the house was going to be for sale! We believe you will not have a hard time selling this house when it comes time for that! We are excited about this opportunity and look forward to assisting with anything that you may need.

If you would like to see the house… Please schedule a visit with Adam Cobane or Kenny Holmes! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to send us a message using our contact form below! The next step for this home is getting all the floors and other surfaces wrapped and sealed to protect them from the rough final finishes dry-wall mud and dust!

Right now the pictures are in a random order due to how the image processor uploaded them; very soon it will be sorted by newest photos to oldest photos. This page is updated at the very least once a week with new photos or updates to the bar graphs.
